A great multi-use spice blend, use it on anything you would use salt and pepper. It is good on everything- vegetables, poultry, eggs, rice dishes, meat and seafood. Tacos and Fajitas:
Add flavor without the calories with this Al Pastor spice blend. Try it on the classic favorite pork al pastor or on our favorite- shrimp. We also recommend this blend on chickpeas or jackfruit to make vegan tacos al pastor. Don’t forget the grilled pineapple on top! We recommend generous use, approximately 1 tablespoon for 4 portions.

A balanced blend of spices is what you’ll find with this Citrus Mojo spice blend. It is good on everything- vegetables, poultry, meat and seafood. It will become a staple in your cooking adding all the flavor without all the calories. Make a mojo marinade by adding orange juice, lime juice, a dash of soy sauce and olive oil. Pour over vegetables or meat and let stand for an hour or overnight for best results. It also works really nicely as a vinaigrette. Try it in our Mojo Kebabs.
