Ingredients
  • For Juice
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 2 cup Carrots
  • 6 Collard Leaves
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • Ginger, 2-inch piece
  • For Smoothie
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple
  • 3/4 cup Carrots
  • 1 1/2 cup Collard Greens
  • 1/4 bunch parsley
  • Ginger, 1 1-inch piece
  • 16 ounces of water or [url href=”http://www.savvyandwell.com/almond-milk/” title=”Almond Milk”]nut milk[/url]
  • 2 Tablespoons Hemp Protein (optional)
Instructions
For Juice
  1. add all ingredients to your juicer.
  2. Juicing TIP- mix up your cucumber and celery with your lettuce to get more yield!
For Smoothie
  1. add all ingredients to blender, add 2 cups water

Cashew Milk- Sub cashews for almonds
