Cauliflower Buffalo Wings Salad with Sautéed Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach and Tossed with Blue Cheese Dressing
These Buffalo Wings are delicious! They are a perfect Super Bowl snack for your vegetarian friends. They are so easy to make just chop, toss and bake!
Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
1 head Cauliflower
1 tbsp Mojo Citrico
1 tbsp Everything Seasoning (mil usos)
2 tbsps Water (or milk)
2 tbsps Flour (or cornstarch to keep gf)
1 cup Red Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Butter (optional)
Turn your oven on to the highest setting. Chop the cauliflower into bite size florets, toss with our mojo cítrico and mil usos (everything) seasoning. Then toss with a couple splashes of water, tossing the bowl at the same time to coat all. Toss in a couple tablespoons of flour (or cornstarch to keep gluten- free).
Add the cauliflower florets to sheet pans either oiled lightly to prevent sticking or use parchment paper for easy clean up. Make sure to leave space so that they crisp up or they can end up soggy. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
While the buffalo wings are baking, add about a cup of Red Hot sauce to a small pot over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. *(Omit to make vegan)
Once the butter has melted and the sauce is hot, coat the cauliflower buffalo wings with the sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
With the finished cauliflower buffalo wings you can add them to a salad, enjoy plain or dip into blue cheese dressing.
