Health and Spices: The Benefits of Al Pastor
If you live near the water like we do, Al Pastor is a MUST-HAVE. This savory and delicious spice compliments any type of seafood, and I use it AT LEAST once a day on everything from my morning scrambled eggs to my dinner salmon. While I love this spice for its strong, mouth-watering flavor that always leaves your taste buds tingling, I especially love it for its ability to boost metabolism and relieve neck pain and arthritis. Fitness and a healthy diet is so important to me because it makes me feel happier, more positive, and more energetic and ready to brace the busy day ahead. This spice really is the perfect package and my first choice when it comes to seasoning 90% of all of the dishes I create!!
