Green Mole Sauce (Mole Verde)

3 tbsps S&W Mole Verde Seasoning

1 tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil

1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

3/4 cup Milk of Choice (Cow, Soy, Almond)

2 tbsps Cilantro

1 tsp S&W Everything Seasoning

  1. Add all the butter to the pan and let melt over medium heat. Then add 2 tablespoons of the S&W Mole Verde Seasoning. Mix with a whisk for a minute before adding the cornstarch (to keep gluten-free) and continue mixing for 2 minutes. Add the milk and constantly whisk until it comes to a boil then turn off the heat. Add the cilantro and a pinch of S&W Everything seasoning or salt.

Red Mole Sauce (Mole Oaxaqueño)

3 tbsps S&W Mole Oaxaqueño Seasoning

1 tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil

1/2 tbsp Cornstarch

3/4 cup Milk of Choice (Cow, Soy, Almond)

2 tbsps Tomato Purée

1 tsp S&W Mil Usos Seasoning

  1. Add all the butter to the pan and let melt over medium heat. Then add 2 tablespoons of the S&W Mole Oaxaqueño Seasoning. Mix with a whisk for a minute before adding the cornstarch (to keep gluten-free) and continue mixing for 2 minutes. Add the milk and constantly whisk until it comes to a boil then add the tomato purée and turn off the heat. Add a pinch of S&W Everything seasoning or salt.
