S&W Everything Seasoning
A balanced blend of spices playing with sweet, salty, tangy, bitter and umami flavor profiles. A great multi-use spice blend, use it on everything you would use salt and pepper. Ingredients: hibiscus flower powder, unrefined muscovado sugar, shiitake mushroom powder, salt, black pepper
NY Strip Steak with Sautéed Onions and Peppers
- Sauté sliced onions and poblano peppers in olive oil and a pinch or two of the S&W Multi-Use Seasoning until softened, about 10 minutes. Heat up a sauté pan over medium-high heat. With a paper towel, dry one side of the steak. Lightly season the steak with the S&W seasoning to get the flavors going. Cook 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cook to desired doneness, slice and sprinkle with the S&W Everything Seasoning. This will add flavor to every bite. Serve over the sautéed onions and peppers.
