Mango, Guava, Coconut Smoothie Bowl with Bee Polen, Granola, Coconut Shreds, Goji Berries, Banana and Choco Chai Sprinkle

I love smoothie bowls! Especially in the heat of Puerto Vallarta, these smoothies in a bowl are refreshing and delicious.

Berry Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

1 cup Frozen Berries

1 cup Frozen Mango

1/2 cup Fresh Coconut

1 Guava

2 tsps Polen

1/2 cup Granola

1 Banana, sliced 

1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

1 tsp Choco Chai Seasoning

1 handful Goji Berries 

Instructions: 

Step 1- Blend up the frozen berries, mango, coconut, guava and make a thick smoothie. Add coconut water if needed.

Step 2 – Empty to the bowls and top with be a polen, granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, a sprinkle of choco chai and a few goji berries.

This Berry Chocolate smoothie bowl is perfect for when you are having a craving for something sweet. The best part is that it is a dairy free, gluten free, raw delicious treat that everyone can enjoy! 

Berry Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2

1 cup Frozen Banana

1 cup Frozen Berries

handful Almonds

4 Dates

1 tbsp Choco Mocha Seasoning

1/2 cup Granola

1 Banana, sliced 

1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

1 tsp Choco Chai Seasoning

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions: 

Blend up the frozen berries, bananas, almonds, dates, choco mocha seasoning and make a thick smoothie. Add almond milk if needed. Empty to the bowls and top with granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, a sprinkle of choco chai and chocolate chips.
